Yummy Banana Bread!!!

My mom got a recipe for banana bread, that to put it simply, is amazing! Instead of using buttermilk you use 7-8 bananas for a richer banana flavor. Oh boy do I like it better this way! Here is the recipe if you are curious to try it out. If you try it out, I can assure you won't ever turn back; just be aware!

Banana Bread Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tsp. baking soda
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/2 Cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 Cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 Cup mashed overripe bananas (7-8 bananas)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9 X 5 loaf pan (I use 3 small loaf pans). In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter an brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well-blended. Stir in banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 1 hour. LEt bread cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
